Nottingham Dance and Fitness offers a variety of dance, fitness and cheerleading classes, for both adults and children, in the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire area. In addition, we also offer hen and birthday party packages which are great fun, with many different themes to choose from for that extra special occasion!  We also provide first class dance entertainment, with Nottingham’s top dance troupe – Exhilarate, who perform dozens of fantastic dance routines, themed to your requirements, with audience instruction and participation if required, as well as freestyle dancers, for private functions, corporate events, nightclubs etc. Promotions staff are also available for booking.
